True Church of Christ teaches no error:

Matt 18:17 was taught so as to avoid pagan courts. The church should attempt to settle arguments when possible. I think it is a good practice.

It also teaches that the Church judges the disciples of Christ. This other verse says that the True Church of Christ teaches no error:
