Sorry, no disrespect meant, you did say it was more of a background thing for you... just wording what your concentration was truly on. I suppose that did not translate well.Sounds as though what you are insinuating is that everyone must meditate like you in order to meditate correctly.
As for what Thomas said, I second his explanation. That is precisely how I meditate on the mysteries of the Rosary. Do you have a specific problem with it rather than ridicule?
