Reformers do not believe in the Holy Scriptures but in the traditions of the men who rebelled against the Church

RB asks:Why does an individual whose beliefs are rooted in the teachings of Roman Catholicisms' interpretation of the Bible differ greatly from the interpretation of the Bible by an individual non-RC, born again Christian, whose faith is in Christ alone, and whose beliefs are grounded in Holy Scripture?

Because non-Catholics who rely upon the teachings of the Reformers do not believe in the Holy Scriptures but in the traditions of the men who rebelled against the Church of God. Here's an example. Tell me when you, as a Protestant, obey this verse?

Hebrews 13:17

17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

As far as I can see, most Protestants don't even know that verse is in the Bible. That is why the continually berate Catholics for submitting to the Sacrament of Confession which this verse describes. And also for accepting the authority of the Priests which this verse also confirms. But Protestants completely ignore this verse, as they do many others in Scripture.

And how about this one?

James 2:24

King James Version (KJV)

24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

The Protestant doctrine of faith alone directly contradicts that verse of Scripture.
