Adorn yourself with majesty....

The Lord speaking to Job:

“Adorn yourself with majesty and dignity;
clothe yourself with glory and splendor.
Pour out the overflowings of your anger,
and look on everyone who is proud and abase him.
Look on everyone who is proud and bring him low
and tread down the wicked where they stand.
Hide them all in the dust together;
bind their faces in the world below.
Then will I also acknowledge to youthat your own right hand can save you." (Job 40:10-14)
That is faith alone. God is facetiously telling Job to save himself.  Protestants believe they can save themselves by their faith alone and declare it to the whole world in just that manner.

Whereas, we, Catholics are taught to await the Judgement of God. We don't save ourselves. We obey God and hope in His salvation:
Luke 17:10

King James Version (KJV)

10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

1 Corinthians 4:1-5

King James Version (KJV)

Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Sincerely,

De Maria
