Protestant/Scripture, you decide

Store image right.png

Protestants say that you need not keep the Commandments. Scripture says:
Matthew 19:17
King James Version (KJV)
17And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

Protestants say that faith alone justifies. Scripture says:
Romans 2:13
King James Version (KJV)13(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

Protestants say that you should judge yourself saved. Scripture says:
1 Corinthians 4:5
King James Version (KJV)5Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Protestants say you don't need to obey anyone but Christ. Scripture says:
Hebrews 13:17
King James Version (KJV)17Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

Protestants say that you need not be baptized to be saved. Scripture says:
Mark 16:16
King James Version (KJV)16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Who do you believe, the Protestants or Scripture?

Sincerely,

De Maria
