Lutero, there's no doctrine of not marry in Catholic church. It is discipline for priests, but it could be changed.
ReplyDeleteFyi, priests from eastern catholic are married as well those who were converted from Anglican church.
I have no idea which denominations you are belong to but my protestants relatives do fasting sometimes.
You also could see acts 13:2-3, 14:23 all mentioned about fasting. And many more in the old testament books. God bless you.
