That doesn't mean a dead belief

Himsell:
NO ONE keeps the law,

That contradicts Scripture:

Luke 1:6
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

and God saves SINNERS....not those that keep the law....

Christ calls sinners to repentance.

Matthew 9:13
But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

1. The righteous already keep the Commandments.
2. Sinners don't, so they can't be saved.
3. Therefore Christ calls sinners to repent.
4. To turn to God, obey His Word, keep the Commandments.
5. When they begin to do so, they can be saved.
6. Not before.

you have no idea what you're talking about DeMaria.

Yeah, I do. It is you who don't.

Wrong....If God saves law keepers, then Jesus died in vain....because if keeping the law could save, there is no reason for a Savior.....you have very skewed theology and no discernment of God's word.

Keeping the law doesn't save. God saves those who keep the Law.

No Christian rejects the commandments....we still break them, but do not reject them.

Then you agree that the Commandments have not abolished and are still required for salvation.

Praise God salvation is by grace through faith and not by keeping the law.

Salvation is by grace through faith which gives us the will to keep the Law:
Romans 3:31
Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Wrong....to be saved by God you must have faith.....that is what Scripture says.

That is Catholic Teaching. The error taught by Protestants is that faith does not produce good works. Which it does and if it doesn't, it is a dead faith.

Whoever BELIEVES in Me has eternal life.....

That doesn't mean a dead belief, wherein one claims to believe in God but does not act upon that faith.

Romans 4:19-21
King James Version (KJV)
19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:

20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

You misunderstand it and quote it out of context....all the time.

You don't understand the true context.

Your posts prove it.

They prove my points.

Wrong as ususal.....we are justified by FAITH, not by the law....

We are justified by faith and works:
James 2:24

King James Version (KJV)

24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law.

We are justified APART FROM THE DEEDS OF THE LAW.....

1. We are justified by God.
2. God justifies those who keep His Law:
Romans 2:13

King James Version (KJV)

13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

3. God justifies according to our faith apart from our works, in the Sacraments. That means that when we present ourselves to God in the Sacraments, we must believe that He can fulfill His promise to us. And we are thereby saved, in the Sacrament, according to the degree of our faith.

4. But that doesn't mean faith alone. It means that those who have exercised their faith in love are permitted to present themselves before God and accept His gifts of grace in the Sacraments.

That means God justifies us BY FAITH, not by keeping the law.

God justifies those who exercising their faith, keep the Law.

Pay attention....

I listen to those whom God put over me to rule over my soul.

Hebrews 13:17

King James Version (KJV)

17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

Last I saw, you ain't one of 'em.

I am speaking of those that HAVE faith, not those that simply claim it...
and you are the judge of faith? Last I heard, only God reads hearts.

1 Samuel 16:7

King James Version (KJV)

But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.

No, you are showing the entire internet world that you have no Scriptural discernment whatsosever.

Lol! I'm sure the entire internet world can speak for itself.

Sincerely,

De Maria
