First of all, “no one does good, no not one” (Romans)
God takes into account the good which people do in every nation:

We are saved by grace THROUGH faith. Can anyone tell me what sort of faith that atheists have in Christ Jesus?
The sort of faith that is found in the law which God put in their hearts:
