Protestants have no trouble believing that:
1 Corinthians 10:4
And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

Yet, they vehemently deny that:
John 6:51
I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever:and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

What is the difference? Why do you believe one and not the other?
