I'm a devout Catholic. But I'm a layman. Self taught.
Its a great compliment to me if you want to use any of my work. Feel free. No need to ask for permission.
I'm authorized to teach Catholic doctrine by virtue of my Confirmation.
My intent on this blog is to explain Scripture according to Catholic Teaching. If my explanations are ever proven not to be in conformity with Catholic Teaching, I will immediately repent of my error and change my explanation to be in conformity with Catholic Teaching.
Sincerely,
De Maria
P.S. If you want to talk to me and prefer not to say it in the comment section, my email is mdechristi@gmail.com.

I like you! Keep it up! :)
ReplyDeleteLol! You're just saying that so I'll vote for you. It worked. I voted for you in both categories.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment,
Sincerely,

I believe that in Christ all denominational issues stand annulled. As Paul says in Galatians 3:28; Colossians 3:11; Romans 10:12; 1 Corinthians 1:11-13 and 1 Corinthians 3:4, there is no distinction in Christ.
ReplyDeleteTeachings that contradict each other can not both be true at the same time. There are denominations out there which teach that baptism is not effectual. That it is a mere sign which confers no grace. The Catholic Church Teaches infallibly, that Baptism confers Sanctifying grace and washes away our sins, thus justifying us and making us sons of God and brothers in Christ.
DeleteThose denominations which deny the effectiveness of Baptism are wrong and this proves that they stand in disobedience to the Teachings of Jesus Christ.
